Who we are

Established in 1967 and federally recognized as a tax-exempt nonprofit in 1971, FCCYC has been a cornerstone of youth development in Cumberland County for more than five decades — from Cumberland Road to the G.B. Myers Recreation Center.

The FCCYC pathway

We don’t start at eighteen.

A child who walks in at six should still have somewhere to walk in at sixteen. Our programs are built as one continuous path — each stage handing off to the next.

K–5
Elementary

Safe & supported

Homework help, tutoring, healthy snacks, recreation, and adults who know their name.
